GLS Talent Management are dedicated to looking after your personal information.

We want you to feel confident that your personal information is safe, secure, and handled

responsibly. This includes full compliance with the UK GDPR, the Data

Protection Act 2018, and guidance from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

2. How we collect your data

We collect data via our website, Spotlight, social media, direct communication, and Tagmin ‒ our

secure data management system. Data may include your name, contact details, photos, and

professional information.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to represent you, communicate with industry professionals, promote your work

(with consent), and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your personal data.

4. Tagmin (Article 28 GDPR)

We use Tagmin, a secure talent management platform, as our data processor.

Tagmin only processes data on our instructions and complies with UK GDPR.

5. Data security and retention

All data is securely stored on our password-protected servers and in Tagmin. We retain data only

as long as necessary for our services or legal obligations.

We back up contracts, documents and headshots on Dropbox.

Once our agreement ends, clients may request deletion of all personal data in accordance with

GDPR.

Records of all financial transactions will be retained for a minimum of 6 years.

6. Social media and publicity

We may use photos and first names (for under-18s) on our social media and website to

promote you as a performer and the agency. Images of our actors working can be used in

perpetuity for promotion. Our social media platforms feature sharing buttons which help promote

the agency.

We do not share or promote under 18 social media accounts.

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or transfer of your

data, or withdraw consent at any time.
